You will bring a college diploma and a minimum of three years’ experience in incident and application management within SAP environments. Your background in defence or logistics will enable you to address user needs effectively while maintaining a focus on ERP workflow troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application and user support for SAP PM systems
• Oversee incident management for ongoing user issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP workflow challenges
• Offer user assistance in maintenance and aviation sectors
• Keep accurate records of user interactions and incidents
Requirements:
• Must hold Secret clearance (Level II)
• Relevant diploma in Engineering, IT, or similar
