This Contract position focuses on delivering hands-on and remote support across desktop systems, user accounts, productivity tools, and audio visual technology. The ideal candidate will be comfortable resolving day-to-day technical issues, supporting audio visual and Zoom connectivity, and ensuring users can work efficiently with minimal disruption.
