We are looking for an Helpdesk Manager on behalf of our client. Our Customer is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team.

- Team Leadership: Manage recruitment, selection, and training of Helpdesk staff
- Process Ownership: Lead incident management and service request workflows
- Strategic Planning: Develop and improve Helpdesk strategy aligned with company goals

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
