TITLE: Helping Hands
REPORTS TO: Administrator
Non-Exempt
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Helping Hands position is to provide support and assistance to staff and our residents. This can be as simple as passing ice water, folding linens, making beds, passing meal trays, and providing wheelchair transportation assistance to escort our seniors safely within the facility.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning and making resident beds.
- Emptying trash cans.
- Helping serve resident meal trays.
- Clearing trays and cleaning kitchen area after meals.
- Removing food carts to the Dietary Department after meals.
- Assisting with passing ice water.
- Assisting with wheelchair transportation within the facility.
- Being aware of standard precautions and avoidance of contamination. ...
