**Job Summary**
BSWH is seeking an Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in Hematology/Oncology to join a dedicated inpatient team. This role is ideal for candidates considering Hematology/Oncology fellowship. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong clinical foundation in Hematology/Oncology within a supportive, team-based model.
We are looking for a team player with a good work history. The ideal candidate should focus on quality. They should partner with physicians, agencies, and professionals to provide the best patient care in our award-winning health care system.
+ Inpatient rounding service (12–13 patients/day)
+ Close collaboration and daily co-management with Hematology/Oncology specialists
+ High-yield exposure to complex oncologic and hematologic conditions
+ Strong mentorship and learning environment
+ Traditional 7 on 7off no procedures
