Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Oncology Patients
Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic
Responsibilities: Managing hematology/oncology patients, chemotherapy support, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, and occasional inpatient consults
Required Procedures: Oncology treatment management and patient care coordination
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 NP, 3 CMA/CNA staff members
Days Per Month: Monday - Friday coverage
On-Call/Weekends: No Call
