- Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Hematologic Oncology and Radiation Oncology services
- Collaborate closely with the Surgical Oncology team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care across a multidisciplinary treatment approach
- Overseeing staffing levels, workflows, and clinical activity to ensure safe, appropriate, and timely patient care
- Leading recruitment and retention efforts for all locations with oncology services
- Providing leadership across the organization through membership on various leadership and operational committees and workgroups.
