Job Description
Summary of Work:
- Seeing general hematology and oncology patients across a broad range of diagnoses.
- Working with APPs and other team members.
- Responding to in basket questions/concerns through Epic EMR.
- Taking phone calls from outside providers regarding patients known and unknown to the practice.
- About 10-15 patients per/day with a mix of new and follow up visits.
- Bone marrow biopsies optional as performed by APPs.
Clinical Requirements:
- Comfort with benign hematology as we do receive a significant volume of these referrals.
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Friday, 8-hour days
- Weekend Coverage: No
- Call Coverage: No
