Job Description

Coverage Needed

  • Start Date: October 2026
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with sporadic night call (5p-7a) - 3-6 shifts per month

Clinical Details

  • 100% Adults
  • 95% clinic; 5% hospital
  • 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
  • EPIC EMR
  • Average patient census: 22/day; 2-3 new consults
  • New patient appointments: 30 mins
  • Follow up appointments: 15 mins

Requirements

  • Board Certified Hematology or Medical Oncology
  • Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
  • KY State License - Highly Preferred
    • or KY License in progress with IMLC
  • COVID Vaccination
  • BLS & ACLS
  • Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc
  • Intrathecal Chemotherapy
  • Intracavitary Chemotherapy - Highly Preferred
