BC/BE Requirements: BC
Length Of Assignment: Ongoing
Facility Type: Inpatient/Outpatient
Patient Volume: Patients Per Shift: 20
Call Requirements: After hours house call
Qualifications: Licensed in MO; Clean, Active DEA (need to be able to change address) BC.
Reason for Coverage Need: Vacancy
Start Date: ASAP (45+ day cred with clean file)
Minimum Length Accepted: 3 mths ongoing
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p (8hours per day), clinic 5 days a week
Will need to see consults in hospital as needed
Beds in Department: 3-5
Support Staff: RN†s †2
PA/NP†s †1

Office Staff - 2
1/3 Hospital Call
Phone consults: 2-4
Admission: 1
Charting/Dictation: Athena
Additional Information: Average 15 or so consults a month in hospital to see, but will have time during clinic hours to see patients
