Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Must have previous experience operating a Horizontal Form, Fill, and Seal packaging machine - Bartelt experience a plus!
- Set up HFFS machine readying them for production.
- Change over machine for various production runs.
- Troubleshoot machine when malfunctions occur.
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled products to standard. Adjust machines as necessary to gain or maintain compliance.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to the work regarding equipment, supplies, and materials
- Replenish packaging supplies for line operators
- Ensure coder is operational, and code printed on each product coming out of the machine is accurate.
- Perform regular product quality checks, ensuring product meets specifications.
