HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry DriverWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver to work on behalf of a local District Council in the North Mansfield area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with early starts and consistent hours.
The Role
As a Bin Lorry Driver, your duties will include: Operating a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV Class 2)
Collecting domestic and commercial waste/recycling
Leading and working alongside a crew of loaders
Navigating residential streets and tight access routes safely
Operating hydraulic systems to empty bins efficiently
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have: A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Held your Class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 year
At least 6 months HGV driving experience
