Class 1 HGV Driver – Cover Driver (Days & Nights)

We’re recruiting a flexible and reliable Class 1 Cover Driver to support our client in Exeter. This role is ideal for a driver who’s happy to work both day and night shifts, covering existing drivers as needed.

The Role

  • Covering day or night shifts depending on operational needs

  • Class 1 trunking and general haulage work, loading and unloading during the day shift

  • Safe, compliant and professional driving at all times

  • Representing the client with a positive, can-do attitude

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months’ HGV Class 1 / LGV Cat C+E driving experience

  • Clean licence with 0 penalty points, due to insurance restrictions

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
