DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is looking for a motivated and skilled Hi-Rail Technician with a positive attitude, strong ethics, mechanical expertise, and a strong focus on safety. This position involves spraying herbicide across various railroads and managing the maintenance and operation of trucks and equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all jobs/contracts assigned.Apply herbicides for weed, grass, and brush control across different railroad locations.Handle daily routing and scheduling tasks.Perform daily tank mixing of chemicals.Conduct truck inspections and manage the maintenance and repairs of the truck and spray system.Calibrate all spray equipment.Ensure all work is carried out in adherence to strict safety protocols.Maintain daily and weekly records.Serve as the primary point of contact with customers.Ad...
