About the Role
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the High Net Worth (HNW) Department in achieving its Affluent and Offshore sales targets through strategic initiatives, campaigns, events and engagement activities. This role plays a key part in driving membership growth and enhancing the value proposition of the Prestige Club, which includes members from the Tied Distribution (TD); both Tied Agency and AIA Financial Advisors (AIA FA).
Roles & Responsibilities Campaigns, initiatives and Club membership growth- Develop and execute innovative campaigns, initiatives, and engagement activities to grow Prestige Club membership
- Create compelling value propositions and benefits to attract and retain members
- Promote Prestige Club actively across districts, branches, and internal business units
