The HNW Professional Development Lead is a strategic role responsible for creating, developing, and executing the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program for the group. You will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development programs that elevate both individual growth and organizational-wide performance. This role will report into our Group Head of HNW. Build the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support Great Eastern Distribution HNW Sales Leaders in their professional development. Conduct learning needs analyses to identify leadership and sales capability gaps and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading industry and academic institutes in the design and execution of key programs to support the business strategy for the HNW segment.
