Principal – Nottingham High School (Grades 9-12)
Qualifications
- NJ Principal's Certificate Required (Standard, Provisional, or CE)
- Administrative Experience required;
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience;
- Knowledge/experience with best practices in high school education (particularly with large enrollment);
- Understanding of the role/importance of extra-curricular and athletics within a high school setting;
- Knowledge/experience with creating and sustaining positive community relations with diverse stakeholders;
- Knowledge/experience with master scheduling; state assessments, and school-level budgeting/purchasing;
- Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation process (ie: Danielson);
- Understanding of high school graduation requirements;
- Willingness to work collaboratively with guidance and special education;
