Job Description
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
- With 1-3 years of experience in overseeing high‑temperature equipment operations, ensure proper functioning, meet performance targets, and manage scheduling and evaluations of shift and assistant engineers and photovoltaic solar cells.
- Can conduct safety guidelines, trainings to ensure compliance.
- Can do documentations, conducting inspections, compliance with SOPs and EHS related to reviewing equipment anomalies, reworks, scraps and etc.
- Handling KPI evaluations, improvement plan for completion rates.
- Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
