Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end recruitment services independently
• Lead consultation discussions with hiring managers
• Collaborate with sourcing teams on high-quality candidate selection
• Manage candidate experience from interview to offer
• Proactively address stakeholder issues and optimize processes
Requirements:
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment in MedTech
• Strong background in Pharma industry hiring
• Track record in achieving recruitment KPIs
