as a High Voltage Technician
As a High Voltage Technician, you'll take on the critical responsibility of maintaining and repairing high-voltage equipment across various Thames Water sites. This role ensures the smooth operation of essential infrastructure.Inspect and maintain HV and primary LV equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.Diagnose and resolve technical faults promptly, keeping accurate compliance records.Supervise contractors and team members during maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Undertake SAP (Senior Authorised Person) training and uphold strict electrical safety rules.Keep tools, equipment, and systems in top operational condition.Travel extensively to multiple sites, providing technical support and overseeing SCADA system operations.
