The role combines direct student support with strategic coordination, including planning intervention timetables, administering access arrangements, and ensuring seamless exam logistics. The HLTA champions an inclusive culture, promotes pupil independence, and works collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure all learners make outstanding progress.
