Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Secondary School in Bury

Milk Education is more than a supply partner – we’re a community for educators. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive Secondary School in Bury on a long-term basis, starting ASAP or in September.

As a HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with classroom teachers, pastoral teams and the SENCO, you’ll help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their academic potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their career or an established HLTA seeking a new challenge.
