Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEMH
Location: Redbridge/Epping Forest Area
Pay: £130 - £160
Duration: Temporary - Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
* Implement and model behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
* Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
