We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across our inclusive and nurturing school community.
Working Schedule
Monday - Friday, term time only plus INSET days
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver planned lessons under the guidance of teaching staff
• Provide whole-class, small-group and targeted intervention support
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs to access the curriculum
• Contribute to planning, assessment and pupil progress monitoring
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment
• Help promote pupils’ independence, confidence and wellbeing
