Seeking a skilled remodeling carpenter to improve and maintain high-end rental properties and help position us to purchase more units to grow the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Complete remodels (inside & out). Most of our work is high-end. As the Lead Carpenter, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the subcontractors and any other service folks.
- Maintain our existing tenants. Service calls, grounds work, and whatever else needs doing.
- Field leads for prospective tenants, show apartments, and deliver leases.
