Job Summary
This is a temporary contract ending 31-Mar-2027. The position enables the Trust to provide investigations at an external site in West Swindon, with staff rotation into the department at the hospital.
Main Duties
- Work in close partnership with the Cardiac Physiology Service Managers, other cardiac physiologists, and lead clinicians on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Help develop and facilitate the implementation of standard operating procedures and guidelines within the department, supporting the delivery of an effective service.
- Help undertake regular review of these guidelines and update them in line with current research, national and local guidelines.
- Remain current in best practice guidelines within cardiac physiology and use this information to work with the Service Managers in service development.
