We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Shropshire team on a 3 month fixed term contract based at our Longden Road depot. Location: Shropshire - Longden Road, SY3 9EL Hours: 40 hours per week - site based Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary : £37,796 per annum We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within our highways maintenance team. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing site teams across the Shropshire region, ensuring that reactive, routine, and minor works and schemes are delivered safely, on budget, and to agreed timescales. You'll play a vital role in planning, health and safety management, and supporting your team's development.
