& Responsibilities:The role is responsible for providing data, technology and business workflow support for revenue cycle management activities across the PBM Billing, Pharma A/R and Specialty Pharmacy platforms. Role includes identifying business process gaps and creating automated solutions using in-house applications. Role also provides data and maintenance support for several existing workflow tools
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with operational and technical experience, capable of working with, creating and manipulating large data sets to perform research and data analytics and providing recommendations for improvement to processes and platforms
