Job Description

HIL Engineer
Location: Windsor, ON
On‑Site

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate Driveline HIL subsystems based on product development team requirements. Create and maintain plant models and hardware that represent Driveline subsystems and vehicle controllers (ABS, ESC, EPS, ECU). Integrate the Driveline HIL subsystems and controllers into Driving Simulators. Develop SOPs, tools, and methodologies for enhancing HIL usage and integration with Driving Simulators.

Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited or equivalent program.
  • 5+ years of work experience on HIL/MIL/SIL projects.
  • Experience with dSPACE, Hardware & Software (ControlDesk).
  • 2 years of experience (University research projects may be included) in development.
