Job Title: Hi L System Team LeaderJob SummaryThe Hi L System Team Leader is responsible for leading the Hardware-in-the-Loop (Hi L) team in the design, development, maintenance, and execution of Hi L test systems for automotive ECUs and vehicle functions.This role manages team activities, supports project delivery, ensures test quality, and works closely with cross-functional teams such as system, software, validation, and integration teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Hi L team for daily activities, project delivery, and resource planning.Define Hi L system architecture and support setup of benches for ECU and vehicle function validation.Coordinate development, integration, and maintenance of Hi L test environments.Review and approve test plans, test cases, test scripts, and validation reports.Ensure availability and functionality of Hi L benches, tools, models, and automation frameworks.Support debugging of system, software, communication, and hardware-related issues.Co...
