Prairie Hill Farms Ltd. is a CFIA licensed food processing facility located 2.5 miles east of Picture Butte. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Setting Objectives and Communicating them to Employees
- Organizing Workflow, Overseeing and Coaching Employees
- Operating Packaging and Filling Equipment
- Ensure the Safe use of Equipment and Schedule Regular Maintenance
- Check production Output and Submit Reports on Performance and Progress
- Identify issues in Efficiency and Suggest Improvements
- Train New employees on GMP and follow production procedures
- Understand and Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems
- Enforce Strict Safety and Quality Guidelines that meet Company Standards
- Maintain Production Records ensuring Accuracy and Validity of Information
