We are hiring an Apprenticeship Operations Executive (NAPS) with hands-on experience in HR Operations, Documentation, and HR Administration, preferably from steel, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure or similar industries. The role requires managing end-to-end onboarding, apprentice operations under NAPS, and handling HR processes for blue-collar/workforce environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee documentation, MIS management (Excel), and coordination with site-level workforce.
