**Hiring Machine Operators - pay up to $26/hour in Cambridge, MN.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and assist with punch machines, including loading materials and monitoring the process.
+ Support punch operations as a shop helper by preparing materials and tools as needed.
+ Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections on parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand part requirements and inspection criteria.
+ Deburr parts to remove sharp edges and ensure a clean, finished product.
+ Package parts accurately and securely to prepare them for shipment or the next stage of production.
+ Assist with basic setup tasks on punch and turret equipment under guidance, as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
