Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding. Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and critical hiring requirements. Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, and leadership positions. Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche recruitment mandates. Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.
