The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities of a Certified Medical Assistants (CMA): * Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures * Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately * Schedule appointments and manage patient flow * Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) Requirements of a Certified Medical Assistants (CMA): * CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) license * Active CPR * tb test within the past 12 months * at least a year of CMA experience Work Environment: Very busy atmosphere. Highly stressful when dealing with individual personalities of co-workers, patients and their families. Potential for regular exposure to blood-borne diseases (Category I).
