Transportation / Operations | Onsite – Bronx, NY
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our Transportation and Operations teams in a fast-paced call center environment.
Schedule:
3:00 PM shift
Weekends required (included in 5-day workweek)
Two days off during the week
Weekend availability is mandatory
Pay:
$18.50 – $19.00/hr + excellent benefits
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years call center / dispatch / high-volume customer service experience
Experience handling 100–200 calls per day
