**Para-Professional (Instructional Aide)**

Location: San Bernardino County, Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga School Districts
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:40 PM
Pay: $19-$21/hr

**Summary:** A **Para-Professional** supports teachers, students, and school operations by providing instructional assistance, classroom management support, and individualized student guidance. The role strengthens the learning environment by ensuring students receive consistent academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
