Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple platforms (service delivery apps, ERP/compliance systems, AI/chatbot solutions and future products) with strong focus on timelines, quality, and scalability
Translate business needs into execution-ready blueprints, epics, user stories, and sprint plans
Drive Agile execution and ensure consistent sprint velocity and milestone delivery
Provide constant high level support and technical guidance to the development team while paving path for next level tech enhancements
Lead cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, AI), ensuring clarity in execution and priorities
