Job Description

Position Summary

  • A completed M.A. in History, Museum Studies, Archival Studies, Library and Information Studies, or a closely related discipline is required. A Ph.D. in one of these areas will be considered an asset.

  • Demonstrated professional experience in the museum or heritage sector is essential. This may include curatorial work, exhibition design, collections management, public programming, education, or policy development in museum contexts.

  • Previous university-level teaching experience is preferred but not required.

  • A demonstrated ability to engage students in experiential learning environments is essential. This may be shown through examples of hands-on learning design, community-engaged projects, or collaboration with museums and cultural institutions.
