Overview: The Histology Manager makes sure the histology lab runs smoothly and efficiently. He/she oversees the team, manages daily operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and keeps improving lab processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lab Work & Supervision Lead a team of histology professionals and make sure high-quality lab work gets done, including tissue processing, cutting, and staining.
- Quality Control Meet high industry standards and all regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, etc.).
- Training & Team Support Help train, support, and manage the team to ensure they perform at their best.
