+ Assist in the gross room, including accessioning, cassette, and slide labeling.
+ Work efficiently with minimal supervision, adapting hours as needed.
+ Prepare tissue samples for routine microscopic analysis and complex testing.
+ Maintain and operate laboratory equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance programs.
+ Investigate, document, and resolve needs, problems, or complaints.
+ Perform area-specific support and clinical activities.
