Job Description

Duration: 12 Months Contract

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tissue fixation, processing, and embedding of biological specimens

  • Sectioning tissues using microtomy techniques to prepare high-quality slides

  • Performing routine, special staining, and IHC/IF procedures

  • Whole slide scanning

  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment

  • Ensuring quality control and accurate documentation of laboratory procedures

  • Collaborating with pathologists and research scientists to support ongoing projects


Minimum requirements:


  • Microtomy skill

  • 2 years of experience with FFPE tissue block sectioning (experience with skin required)

  • Bachelor degree in histotechnology or a related field
