Are you an experienced practitioner with a passion for supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, or those who thrive in alternative provision settings? We're looking for a confident, adaptable HLTA‑level practitioner to join a specialist school in Cheltenham on a maternity cover contract, with the potential for a longer‑term role.
You do not need an HLTA qualification - strong, relevant experience is what matters most.
What We're Looking For
SEN & SEMH experience - confident supporting pupils with additional needs, behavioural needs, or emotional regulation challenges.
