We’re looking for a qualified HLTA to join a vibrant, inclusive school that values reliable and consistent support staff. You’ll be stepping into a role where your skills are recognised, your ideas welcomed, and your impact felt daily.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading small group interventions and occasional whole-class cover
- Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on your strengths)
- Collaborating closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Supporting SEN pupils with care, confidence, and consistency
