General Maintenance Operative
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri with shift rota and call‑out requirements)
Location: HMP Millsike
Role Responsibilities
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance and monitoring of all prison fabric within scope.
- Conduct tasks in compliance with Company Safety Policy, Procedures, relevant Codes of Practice, NR, and Statutory Regulations, ensuring adherence to the Company’s and Client’s Permit to Work Systems.
- Liaise with engineers and subcontractors, develop knowledge of site engineering services, and support best working practices.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, coordinate connections to existing plant/systems, and use and maintain O&M manuals and quality procedures.
