HNW Business Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a HNW Business Support Specialist.
In this role you will:- Support in establishing end-to-end custody management processes, including custodian onboarding, account opening, investment assets assessment, and due diligence checks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to VUL new business and ongoing operations.
- Support the simplification and optimization of front-office and operational requirements to improve speed to market.
- Assist in developing and governing key operational materials, including playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for both new business and ongoing operations.
- Support in training sessions for internal stakeholders on VUL processes, custody protocols, and best practices.
