HOA High-Rise Maintenance Manager
Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical integrity and operational excellence of a premier high-rise condominium association. As the primary steward of the building’s infrastructure, you are more than a technician - you are a proactive leader, a strategic problem-solver, and the professional face of the Association.
This is a hands-on and collaborative role. The Maintenance Manager will work alongside and collaborate with maintenance teams at neighboring buildings and the Master HOA to ensure proper functioning of the central plant. The Maintenance Manager is expected to lead the building’s Maintenance Team and complete real-time repairs of plumbing and mechanical systems.
