Bayes is representing an Engineering Consultancy on a Director-level QP Architect role. The role leads Building projects in the Singapore market
- The role requires a BOA (Registered in Singapore), Architectural Masters/Degree, from Engineering Consultancy or Design/Architectural Practice with above 15 years of senior-level experience
- Building Typology – To provide technical leadership and governance, supporting work winning, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery.
- Managing budgets and risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery while balancing client and internal needs.
- Act as the key point of accountability, aligning client requirements with technical execution and team performance.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support the consultancy’s growth in allocated market for Building/Property/Commercial
