Position Overview:
The Holecutter is responsible for drilling and cutting holes in boat hulls, decks, and small parts. This role involves using various tools and equipment to ensure precise and clean cuts, adhering to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.

Locate and mark hole positions on fiberglass hulls, decks, and molded components using blueprints, templates, measurements, and work instructions to ensure proper alignment for component installation.Cut, drill, and trim holes in fiberglass parts using hand‑held drills, hole saws, grinders, routers, and related cutting tools according to specifications and quality standards.Perform rough trimming and finish grinding around cut openings to ensure proper fit, smooth edges, and readiness for assembly or installation.Inspect drilled and cut op...
