Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman to join our team, based just outside Durbanville.
The role involves leading a team in the installation of precast hollowcore slabs. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the placement of cut‑to‑size precast elements onto structural walls on‑site, working with a crane.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the members of the team in performing the activities necessary
- Problem solving on a daily basis on site
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are adhered to
- Coach & assist team members in the correct execution of their work activities
- Manage time control and commitment
- Plan and organise labour and machines
- Be able to read a plan layout
